Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Pick an item, choose your size, add it to your cart, and go to checkout. Payment by card (Visa, Mastercard) is charged immediately; shipping happens once payment is confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard over a secure connection. Card details are handled by the payment processor and never stored on our end.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet (usually within 24 hours of ordering). Message us as soon as possible via Contact with your order number.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Within the EU: standard shipping is €8.90 (free over €120), or €19.90 for express. Outside the EU: standard shipping is €14.90 (free over €180), or €29.90 for express. Estimated delivery ranges from 1-6 business days depending on destination and speed selected. More details on the Shipping & Payment page.
Do you ship outside Spain?
Yes, we ship across the EU and internationally. At this time we are unable to ship to Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine. No customs duties apply within the EU.
How do I track my order?
Once it ships, you'll get a tracking number at the email you used at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item that doesn't fit?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, per EU distance-selling rules. The count starts the day after you pick up the parcel, and weekends/public holidays count towards it. The item must be unworn with original tags — we process the refund once we've physically received and checked the returned item, and may deduct part or all of the refund if the item is no longer in resellable condition. Do you do direct exchanges for a different size?
No direct exchanges — place a return and order the size/style you need, you'll get the new item faster that way.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us immediately via Contact with photos and your order number — we handle these as a priority.

Are your items genuine?
Yes, everything is sourced directly from authorized European wholesale distributors. More on the Authenticity Guarantee page.
How do I pick the right size?
Check the Size Guide page. If you're unsure, message us — fit can vary slightly between brands.
How often is new stock added?
We regularly add new styles and brands — check the catalog and our Instagram to stay up to date.
